How do you do To Machu Picchu?
My husband and I are looking to go to Peru to spend the holidays in late November. That probably will pass 7 days in Peru in total. We want to go To Machu Picchu, but they are really great for hikers. I've been trying to find a way to just get To Machu Picchu without making a trek of 10 days (which is all I can find). Can anyone give me any information on the train straight there? ... Or something? I just need some help in general. I can not find a good website that explains everything. I also heard that you need to wait three days to get a permit to walk ... that would only for The Inca Trail? Or if you want to Visit Machu Picchu? Thanks to all who sent you!
