I'm going to Peru 6 November for two weeks. I am with my family and I want to see the ruins, but I'm not interested in hiking The Inca Trail. I want to make a day trip to the ruins with a guide. Is this possible? How much should I expect to pay? And I will be able this book once you get to Cusco? Thank you!
You catch the early morning train from Cusco To Machu Picchu, 4hrs, to see, then Back, back around 10pm, about $ 100usd. Book Cusco a day or 2 before.
