Aspects of Peruvian culture?

I would like to know more about all aspects of Peruvian culture. The culture fascinates me and if I was going to travel a day, I do not know what to visit first. Obviously Macchu Picchu is a must and a great deal, but do you know of anything else that is really important or interesting in Peru? As in, maybe not so easy to find online, but is very interesting and part of the culture of Peru. I'm looking mainly interesting aspects, unique and different that can only be seen in Peru (or only with experience in Peru). Do you have something you think is really a remarkable aspect of (or necessarily) that common? Thanks!

Macchu Picchu is impressive, but so is Arequipa (volcano) and the Colca Canyon (condors can be seen up close). There are also Huaraz (where an avalanche covered an entire city and a lot of other great things to see in Lima (bars, parties, shopping) and Pisco, where the best comes from liquor called Pisco (a type of Tequila).
